At Go India Facilitator, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with both our handcrafted products and our curated travel experiences. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted for:

  • Indian Tour Bookings
  • Hand Block Printed Fabrics
  • Hand Carved Wooden Stamps
  1. General Policy

We accept returns or exchanges on select products within 5 days of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned below. Tour bookings are governed by a different policy outlined in section 4.

  1. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Before sending any item back, you must contact us at

Include:

    • Order number
    • Item details
    • Reason for return or exchange
    • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
  1. Return Conditions (Fabrics & Stamps)
    • The item must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and invoice enclosed.
    • Any used, damaged, washed, or altered item will not be accepted.
    • Returns must be shipped by the customer at their own cost. Refunds (Fabrics & Stamps)
    • Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.
    • The refund will be issued via the original payment method (or as store credit if preferred).

 

    • Original shipping charges and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is initiated.

Exchanges (Fabrics & Stamps)

    • Exchanges are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items.
    • A replacement will be shipped once we receive and verify the returned product.
    • If you're self-shipping the return, please email a scanned courier receipt with your order details.
  1. Tour Bookings – Cancellation & Refund Policy

Tour bookings are made with significant pre-arrangements involving hotels, transport, guides, and permits. Therefore, the following terms apply:

    • 100% Refund: Cancellation made 15 days or more before the scheduled start of the tour.
    • 50% Refund: Cancellation made 7–14 days before the tour.
    • No Refund: Cancellation made less than 7 days before the tour start date.
    • In case of a natural disaster or emergency, partial refunds or credit vouchers may be considered at our discretion.
    • All refund requests must be made in writing via email.

Note: Certain tours may have stricter cancellation policies (e.g., during festivals or peak seasons), which will be mentioned at the time of booking.

  1. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items
    • Custom-cut fabrics (sold by the meter or customized orders)
    • Used or damaged products
    • Services already availed (e.g., completed tours, part-used itineraries)
    • Gift cards or promotional vouchers
